When people think of the border patrol they think deserts, not water, although the border patrol is responsible for multiple bodies of water. This including one of the biggest, the gulf of mexico because this body of water is very easy for smugglers to get their items to U.S soil. So, to stop it, the marine patrol patrols the water to look for smugglers and illegal immigrants from Mexico. They also stop immigrants from other countries by working with the coast guard.
Missions and Jobs[]
Like the regular BP, their main task is to stop immigrants and contriban from entering our country. They work closely with BORSTAR to help with search and rescue and assist the Coast Guard in stopping immigration from other countries. They also do this in other parts of the country like Alaska, Flordia, and along the east coast.
Uniforms[]
Their uniforms are no different from the other ones, exept they have different acsessries such as life jackets. They also have divers to help drowning immigrants or recover things, so they have diving outfits. Swamps are also places they might need to be so gear for that is issued.
